  8.        1.  _I_n_t_r_o_d_u_c_t_i_o_n

  10.        PostScriptr is an interpretive programming language with
  11.        graphics capabilities for printing or displaying pages of
  12.        text, two-dimensional graphical shapes, and sampled images.
  13.        Display PostScript/X (DPS/X) is a PostScript interpreter
  14.        that renders on the screen.  DPS/X is based on Level 2
  15.        PostScript language; Silicon Graphics' version of DPS/X is
  16.        an extension of its X Window System.  The first time you run
  17.        an application that uses DPS/X, the extension is loaded
  18.        dynamically into the X server.  DPS/X applications are X
  19.        applications as well and are run in much the same way.

  83.        the Help submenu of the Toolchest. This displays the
  84.        _g_r_e_l_n_o_t_e_s(1) graphical browser for the online release notes.
